The service. BidCanary provides email alerts and a dashboard summarizing publicly available U.S. federal contract opportunity data sourced from the SAM.gov public API.

Informational only. Alerts and AI-generated summaries are informational. They are not bidding, legal, or business advice, and BidCanary makes no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or of any contract award. Always verify opportunity details on SAM.gov before acting.

No affiliation. BidCanary is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Government, the General Services Administration, or SAM.gov.

Subscriptions. Paid plans renew monthly via Stripe until canceled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues through the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use. One account per business. No reselling or bulk redistribution of alert content.

Liability. The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, BidCanary's total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months.

Changes. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email.
